By providing your data feed to Lyst, you confirm that you have all of the necessary rights:
1. To market and sell the products in the data feed via the Lyst Platform
2. To enable Lyst to host, display and transmit the data and content that you provide to us about the products in the data feed, including any third-party copyrights featured in the product listings.
If you do not have these Rights (e.g. these Rights have not been granted by certain brands), you must tell LYST immediately.
