WHAT IS THE ONBOARDING PROCESS?

Our integrations are built to ensure a smooth and easy process, using your existing systems and with no coding work needed from your teams.

Our Partnerships team will provide technical documentation for your team to review prior to onboarding. From there, our dedicated onboarding team will then guide you through the process, from start to finish.

 

HOW DO WE GET SET UP?

Our typical path to go live is 10-14 days.


Step 1: Lyst Shop Onboarding Form

Our Partnerships team will email you a link to our onboarding form. In that, we will ask you for:

• Legally-required data we need for compliance purposes
• Data our teams need to onboard you on to Lyst

Step 2: Connect to your Merchant Dashboard and create your Stripe account

In this stage our Onboarding team will add you to the Merchant Dashboard, and you will create your Stripe account to facilitate payments on Lyst Shop.

You will then connect your e-commerce platform with the Merchant Dashboard and create your Stripe account, so we can retrieve your product data, set you up on Lyst Shop and start placing orders. 

Step 3: Validation and QA

At this point our technical team will sync your catalogue to Lyst Shop and conduct the product QA.

To expedite this, please ensure your catalogue data meets our below requirements. All products must have the following data attributes in order for our systems to be able to ingest them:

• Title (the name of the product)
• Description (the product description)
• Product images (we recommend between 4-8, minimum 500x500 pixel JPG)
• Brand (the designer or brand of the product)
• Gender (the recommended gender of the product)
• Price (the retail price of the product)
• Sale price (only required if the item is on sale)
• Availability (the current stock status of the product)
• Size (the product size)
• Size schema / size system (the regional size system of the product)
• Link (the product source URL)

*Note that your e-commerce platform will generate unique IDs for your products, so you do not need to provide these.

Step 4: Launch on Lyst Shop

Your brand launches on Lyst Shop with dedicated after-care. 

The Lyst team will ensure your catalogue health and identify opportunities for early performance optimisation.
