As Lyst is a live platform there are many moving parts amongst our 1000+ partners. Performance trends are a result of several different factors which can include:
- Drop/Rise in Share of Voice: Adjustments happen if either your rate changes or if the rates change amongst competitors within the market. Your rates may remain steady but if competitors increase/decrease their ranking and market share would follow the same trend. Along with movement of the other factors and the overall customer demand.
- The algorithm: Products are sorted on site calculating conversion rate and return rate. Having a lower CVR rate and high return rate means lower visibility on site.
- Feed and integration issues: These can impact user experience and performance. For example, not having size data that meets our requirements will result in no visibility of a partner’s products, i.e. if no attribute is submitted, the product will not be displayed on Lyst when size filter is used.
